Exchange and Return Policy

Products under warranty
1. Products covered by our warranty that are defective should be sent to our company.

2. This remittance can be made to and our office at Rua Catipará, 35 Brooklin Novo São Paulo-SP, 04561-050.

3. Once received and found a manufacturing defect, the products will be replaced.

4. To ship the product for repair or replacement, the conditions below need to be carefully met:

The product must not have been modified or attempted to repair;
Possess all items, original accessories and instruction manual;
Accompanied by the 1st copy of the invoice (DANFE);
The Customer must pack the product properly, protecting the product and packaging against possible damage in transport, agreeing that it is responsible for the integrity of the goods until it is delivered to the kerk Comercial Distribution Center.
